After 19 years in the industry, top adult public relations firm The Rub PR's owner and publicist, Erika Icon, is getting some serious recognition. (Los Angeles, CA) After 19 years in the industry, top adult public relations firm The Rub PR's owner and publicist, Erika Icon, is getting some serious recognition. Icon is being inducted into the ASN Hall of Fame, and her agency, The Rub PR, is up for Best Public Relations Firm. Additionally, ten of her clients have received nominations.
At the end of 2024, ASN announced its 2025 Hall of Fame Class, and Erika Icon made the prestigious list along with legend Suze Randall, her clients Micky Lynn and Jupiter Jetson, and more. To celebrate, ASN Magazine will feature her on the cover with a multi-page spread and interview in its June issue.
For the fourth year in a row, The Rub PR is up for Best Public Relations Firm. In 2022, the first year the award was given out, The Rub PR won the trophy and is vying to win again this year. Fans and industry can vote once every 24 hours by visiting asnlifestylemagazineawards.
“To be considered a trailblazer is an honor! I know I've contributed a lot to the industry, but working behind the scenes, you rarely get acknowledged with awards. I was ecstatic when I found out I was in the Class of 2025 and being inducted with Suze, an inspiration to me and two of my clients. I'm so excited about the ceremony, and winning the PR award would be the cherry on top, so #rockthevote!” says Erika Icon, owner and publicist.
