15. Tifa Lockhart (Final Fantasy)
Determined to save the planet by kicking some asses, our heroine was never afraid of her enemies nor of showing too much skin. Tifa's sporty outfit consisted mainly of a perfectly contrasted white belly shirt with a black miniskirt. And let's not forget the suspenders, a trademark of her look.
